    I called and reported my big green trash can missing. The lady kindly explained it sometimes falls into the truck. I understood that they might not have gotten around to reporting it yet. She said she put in the order. Which she did, I got the email. She told me I'd get my trash can within 48 hrs. It's been over 48 hours and I'm having to put my trash in the back yard which is causing ants and the smell lingers. I'm highly upset because I relied on what she said.
