Driving up Evergreen Avenue to Belleview Drive at the stop sign on Evergreen, when you look to the right (north on Belleview) you can not see if any cars are coming down the hill due to low hanging tree limbs. Makes this a very dangerous intersection as cars tend to fly down that hill towards Seneca Drive.
