Graffiti on apartment complex fence.

External Paint stripping activity going on behind the home, with no protective gear or abatement for lead paint. This went on for two days last week and is going on again. There is no permit posted for this work

The Hydrant has been missing the red and white "marker" pole to identify it. There is also no yellow paint on curb identifying where parking is restricted. So many residents park near and even at times directly in front of this hydrant. This happens every week for years now. Maybe if there was fresh paint and the pole, the parking authority would enforce it every time, like they do other hydrant violations.

Red Toyota completely blocking Fire Hydrant. Parking authority came by this morning and ticketed cars for alternate side parking violations and completely missed the car blocking a hydrant on the opposite side. It is still there.
