    During evening rush hour, the lights at Riva/Admiral Cochrane and Riva/665 are poorly timed. While making a right-hand turn from Admiral Cochrane onto Riva, it is impossible to get into the left-turn lane for 665 west because it is backed up at the Riva/665 light all the way through the light at Riva/Admiral Cochrane. This wasn’t an issue a few months ago. Only recently the timing became poor, making it more difficult/dangerous during rush hour.
