    Hydrogen gas vents are going off for an average of 90 seconds every 5-10 minutes. Venting is extremely loud and bothersome and happens 24 hours a day, in direct conflict with Oakland ordinance 8.18.010.

    I have repeatedly asked Chevron workers to fix the problem, I even called the number on the hydrogen pump and requested that technicians be sent out to fix the problem. They have done absolutely nothing.
