Building Violation Archived305 Pershing Ave Glen Burnie, MD 21061, USA - Glen BurnieMy yard is eroding and unsafe for my 2 three year old grandchildren and my dog. My neighbor at 304 Washington Blvd Glen Burnie 21061 violated his permit for above ground pool to be "partially installed inground less than 30 inches" The permit remains in K status since 2013....No final inspection done. Please help....dangerous....sink hole.....in areas you can see 3 to 4ft holes. His shed is on back property next to pool and ground eroding in my backyard there.

As a result my yard is eroding and sink hole present. I am fearful for safety of my 2 three year old grandchildren and my lab.
Pictures do not show total depth of some of these holes over 3ft to 4ft deep.
please help permit remains in K status since 4/3/13....no final inspection done. -
