The lane paving on 66th St, for miles was done horribly, and every intersection, 13th Ave N, 9th Ave, N, 5th Ave N., 1st Ave N, Central, 1st Ave S., etc, has large asphalt drop offs between lanes. Hard on tires and suspension.
This has been this way for MONTHS. Contractors haven't been back in months. Incredibly poor job.
When Pasadena was repaved a year ago, it was done right the first time - all smooth transitions. And it was done overnight.
The quality and expediency of this contractor has really got to be evaluated.

Cover to a utility box IN the sidewalk has been broken / GONE for quite some time. Pedestrians and cyclists can easily fall into this hole. I reported this before, and recd a response it was a Utility issue - call Duke. City response below:
It is NOT a utility issue. It is a Traffic Signal box. Duke was kind enough to meet me at the box, and pull the broken lid out of the hole and show it says "Traffic Signal" on it. It is NOT Duke's responsibility.

Water Meter in sidewalk, cover gone. Actually broken and pieces are inside. Big hole, danger to pedestrians and cyclists if on sidewalk.

Numerous people have reported this. This is not "normal" storm pickup. Residents left large trunks on the West sidewalk beside 58th St. S, and 6th Ave. S. There is NO way to go around this, except to go into 58th St. S, which is a very busy street. This sidewalk is used by children going to and from school, and they must go into the street to get around these trunks.
Numerous pickups have been made in the neighborhoods, but this is on a busy street, making it hard for the "neighborhood" pickups and their slow equipment.
This is a hazard to the children walking and on bicycles.

Know the branch pick-up is underway. But this resident had a big tree fall down on 58th St., and put the large cut up trunk on the sidewalk, completely blocking it. Kids going to school have to walk or ride into 58th St. to get around these tree logs, as the resident's fence is right up against the sidewalk.

Lights for crossing 22nd Ave North on Pinellas Trail are still not working. Heavy traffic and fog this morning made crossing very difficult, and delayed - as couldn't stop traffic.
Have been repeated Requests submitted - and reported back as fixed, but not fixed.

Sorry, didn't see a category for signage. Minor issue, after the rain, the "hump" sign is tilting into street again, affecting large / wide vehicles. On the west side, on park property.

Signage - not really a traffic issue. Sign by hump to slow down traffic, tilt into street (been that way since Irma), and scratches buses, my van, and RV, if I'm not careful.
This one is on East side of Park, but I think there is another on West side of Park - I don't go that way often. Thanks
