    The eastbound signal at Rite Aid is not synced with the next signal (at the underpass for the 5 freeway). The Rite Aid light goes green, but cars can’t move because the next light is red and there is a line of cars already between the two lights. Santa Fe is a primary connector road. Shouldn’t the lights be better synced?
