    The water runs from the adjacent property and leeches out of the bank. Run off at this location has been an ongoing problem since the Greenway was built. The path in this section is usually wet, muddy, and in the winter covered in ice.
    For the Greenway to serve as a transportation or recreational route, this drainage needs to be addressed. Solutions could be a swale and an under drain that connects to the storm water system. Also, ensure that the adjacent property owner manages their runoff.

    What is the plan to energize the Shares Use Path crossing light? Also, why was the signs behind the crossing sign not removed?
    This inspection should be completed. Car speed up and down Cottage St and it is dangerous. This crossing light may help slow traffic, the stop sign does no good.

Sediment has washed on to Greenway Path and Cottage St. and truck leaving site are dropping mud along Cottage and Eastern. This is an issue for pedestrians and drivers, also it appears to be a violation of NPDES construction permit.
