    I am unable to leave the storm debris at my curb because my side gate will not open due to flooding from the storm. I have left it outside of my fence in the alley.

    This is the 3rd or 4th time I've reported this same issue. Neighbors throw their trash over their fence instead of opening their gate (YES! they have a gate) and putting the trash in the garbage bin.

    The residents at this address have thrown their garbage bags over their fence - AGAIN. This is at least the 3rd time. Also, there is a box spring that has been leaning against their fence that has been there for at least a couple of weeks.

    Tree that broke in half a month ago is still blocking sidewalk. Impossible to walk on this part of the sidewalk.

    Demolition of the front building on this property has begun but there is no construction permit box to be seen. They are in the process of removing asbestos siding from this house, and I want to make sure they have performed a survey as required and pulled the proper permits to remove the asbestos.
