    52 9th St Oakland, CA, 94607, USA - Peralta-Laney
    There is a large depression/ditch on the corner of 9th & Fallon that is very dangerous and in the middle of a crosswalk. My girlfriend was riding a scooter in the crosswalk and hit this depression causing her to fall off her scooter which sent her to the emergency room. This is clearly from INCOMPLETE CONSTRUCTION and not just a simple pothole that started to appear over time. This needs to be paved over ASAP as this could have been completely avoided. There are no markers indicating this is here and other people are going to continue to get hurt unless whoever did the construction completes the job.

    Multiple street lights are out on 18th street. They are specifically the street lights that line the middle of the street. With the street lights out, the crosswalks are completely dark and dangerous for pedestrians.

    Noise Distirbance - The lucky supermarket located here for years has been hiring workers to clean their parking lot with extremely load leaf blowers. They begin using them at 5:30am every single day and they are extremely loud and can be heard inside my building across the street. Even closing the windows does not solve the issue. I understand the parking lot needs to be clean but 5:30am is way too early. They should not start until 7am at the very earliest. This has been bothering me for a long time and I’ve finally had enough and would like this addressed.
