For some reason, the block at 2901 collects a majority of debris from the entire street. At any time there may be inches of sand and dirt that build up. It creates significant pooling issues when it rains. Thank you!

THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME I HAVE REPORTED STANDING WATER WITH NO ACTION TAKEN BY THE CITY.
This issue has been ongoing for over four months. There is significant standing water on the corner of 2901 through 2909 Gladstone Drive, caused by improper drainage. IT IS NOT RELATED TO SEASONAL LEAF PICKUP, THE STANDING WATER OCCURS WHEN WE RECEIVE 0.000001" OF RAIN. In addition to the standing water, significant sludge/mud has accumulated under the water where the curb and the road meet. This is unacceptable!

On the block, it seems as if 2901 and 2905 are the only properties that has this issue. There is significant dirt/debris that collects in the curb area of this block, which causes flooding/standing water for days after a heavy rainfall. The owner has tried to shovel the debris out and place in lawn bags, but it returns very regularly. Seems to be a low-lying area that could benefit from some attention.
IT IS NOT RELATED TO THE LEAVES ON THE CURB -- ISSUE HAPPENS WHEN LEAVES ARE NOT PRESENT (see my three other issue reports).
