Numerous potholes in various stages of disrepair on Bradford drive, heading towards Sparkman Drive, just passed the Wynn Drive intersection. In the Right-most lane, just down the hill from the wynn drive light. People are swerving out of their lanes to avoid the worst of the potholes, causing a major safety issue to other drivers.

Runoff from the road and hill as well as the water from my lot and neighbors lot has been getting restricted as it passes through the fence. All is the debris and trash from old big cove road are also washed down the embankment into my property and caught at the fence line.

The water has backed up through the fences multiple times and has pooled on the property outside of the easement areas.

I am purchasing the property at 7310 Leather Leaf Cr. The builder has told me that the city directed them to dig a stromwater ditch through my backyard. We have been unable to get in contact with anyone at the city engineering departments to contact us and provide us with an explianation or justification for this ditch in our yard as well as why neither neighbor on either side has a similar ditch. We are concerned that our property will be the collection point for stormwater runoff from 3 other surrounding properties and are uncomfortable assuming that risk prior to closing, without a reasonable explanation and input from the city.

I can be contacted by phone at 205-910-0474 or email at nashjf2@gmail.com

    Thank you,
