    Main Street from Stargell to the ferry terminal is deteriorating and in need of repaving in both directions. There are numerous small holes and rough spots that pose a danger to cyclists. Thank you!

    The intersection of 5th and Stargell is dangerous as currently designed as the 3 lanes on Stargell heading west quickly become a single lane upon crossing 5th street and motorists make mistakes and drive onto the wide sidewalk. This has happened multiple times with a serious incident occurring on Sunday morning at 1253 AM where a vehicle traveling at very high speeds flew through the intersection and into the bioswale. Had the vehicle been at a slightly different angle they could have hit the traffic light pole and/or buildings, which are residences. Please assess whether changes need to be made to the intersection, including the installation of traffic barriers to provide protection for the sidewalk and increase the visibility to drivers that it is not the road. Speeding is a problem on this street and changes to inhibit speeding would be welcomed.

    There are multiple individuals living in the old "North Housing" buildings. At the intersection of Bette & Singleton they have cut a hole in the fence and routinely climb through. One individual seems to have mental health issues as he comes out of the housing and wanders around for most of the deal talking to himself loudly before returning at nightfall. Please investigate whether these individuals are living in this condemned housing and repair the fence to prevent trespassing.
