Our next door neighbor at "47 Locust Street" clear cut the trees in his back yard and directed his rain water drainage towards our house which caused major flooding around my property. I have never had a flooding problem in the last 15 years and this is the first time this happened after the changes made to the rain water drainage in the 47 Locust house. In the last 4 weeks they stopped construction since parts of their back yard around my property have also turned into a some kind of a wet land.

Can you send an inspector to see if the work being done in the backyard of 47 Locus follows towns regulations and avoid additional flooding in our property.
