Pritchard park has become an unauthorized off-leash dog park. As a runner I've been jumped on/attacked by off-leash dogs while running on the paths along the beach, as a parent I've had to protect my small child from overly "playful" dogs at the beach, and I routinely come across dog excrement on the pathway to the beach.

This is frustrating as there is an off-leash dog park that is seldom used less than a mile away at Eagledale park. I could see having a compromise where there is a small section for off-leash dogs at Pritchard Park, but for them to have free reign over the entire park is not right and against permissible use of the park.

There is a small but significant road-dip on the left-hand side of the east-bound lane. I can't recall the exact location but it's after Rose Lane. It's as jarring as a pothole

I've nearly been T-boned here 3 times in the past month. Drivers stopping at the Welfare stop sign have zero visibility of oncoming traffic on Creosote because of hedges/shrubs and rolling topography. Could the city either have corner lot property owners trim back the vegetation OR could the city install a convex mirror across the street from the Welfare stop sign?

    Thanks.
