    This is a second submission, as I noticed it put in the wrong address. Despite part of our neighborhood being partially paved in certain areas, this area continues to be neglected by the city, the curbing is crumbling and falling apart, along with the road on this corner. It is an eyesore and is a hazard. Please take action to fix this corner, thank you.

    Despite part of our neighborhood getting paved, the road and curbing in front of our house continues to literally crumble and has become an eyesore and hazard. I have put in repeated requests to have these curbs repaired over the past 5 years and yet nothing is being done to fix this issue, which goes on through most of neighborhood along with the terrible pavement condition on this corner. You can actually see where the pavement is cracking and forming small potholes.

    I have reported this several times in the past. The curbs in front of our house are in dire need of repair. We noticed they appear to be addressing the issue across the road from us, however nothing on our site, we would like to resubmit our issue to also have ours repaired while the other side is being repaired as well. Thank You.

    Pothole has formed at base of our driveway on city street, it continues to get bigger and deeper. The curbing is also in need of repair on this entire corner, it is cracking and falling apart. I have submitted the issue with the curbing multiple times with no response or repair estimated time. I have more pictures of the road and curbing if needed, however this app only allows one photo.
