    This street sign like many others are dated, faded, small print, and difficult to read at night.
    It would be nice if the county could devote some resources on an annual basis to replace these signs with new ones that meet the current font size standards. I seems that the county has ignored the older villages with regards to sign replacement.

    This is just a general concern that there is no signage at major intersections or T intersections that provides information as to which direction to go towards major roads (ie 29, 175, 95, 100) or other significant attractions within Howard County. This would be very helpful to drivers not familiar with the area.

    Growing depression in the road on Treefrog Place as you make the turn off of Halflight Garth probably caused by subsurface being washed away by a recent water main break. Cars turning onto Treefrog Place cannot avoid this growing depression which will only get worse over time unless it is addressed.

    At the intersection of Halflight Garth and Treefrog Place there is a growing depression in the road surface probably caused by a previous water main break that washed away some of the road subsurface. Cars turning onto Treefrog Place can’t avoid this growing problem that will only get worse.

    I have complained about cars and trucks parking too close to either side of the intersection of Halflight Garth and Treefrog Place for a long time. Nothing has been done except for a lot of lip service. The pictures I have sent clearly show vehicles parked way too close to the corner which creates a blind spot for anyone pulling out of Treefrog Place. All I hear from the county is that when they send someone out to inspect the situation there is nothing there. That is hardly the case. Will it take an accident to get the county to move on this before they install No Parking Here To Corner signs? Let’s hope something is done before it’s too late.

    Vehicles are parking too close to the corner of Halflight Garth and Treefrog Place on both sides of Treefrog Place. Look at the photo and you can see how close the vehicle is to the street sign at the corner. This has been an ongoing occurrence.

    The post holding the street sign for Treefrog Place is warping and due to its age (+30 years) I believe it won’t be long before it rots out at its base. In addition the sign itself does not conform to the latest font size standards. The same could be said about many of the street signs along Phelps Luck Drive.
