    My daughter rides HARTPlus from Focus Academy. The van she is on tonight had a flat tire, and they are sending a replacement van, but she will arrive home several hours late. I feel that HART should always call parents of special needs children when a situation like this occurs and when the van is running so late.

    I would like to speak with upper management. As a patron the service received lately is dissatisfying. The last 4 days my daughter has been on the bus for 3 hours which is unacceptable. Someone within management needs to review the logistics of the routes because there is absolutely no reason when my daughter is close to home and then has to drive another 1 hour on the bus when the bus 1 hour prior was by our home. You’ll know that you have the schools and our on schedulers routes why would you not have a few employees directly assigned to those trips during those hours. Speak with your drivers they are frustrated so if they are frustrated imagine what it feels like as a customer. Lastly if you can’t handle the routes and clients then stop adding more clients until you have the routes properly handled and efficient and able to handle the quantity of clients. Looking forward to hearing back from someone.

    To whom this may concern,

    We have been a Hartplus customer for the last 14 months, in the last 3 months the service has changed and it’s actually pitiful. What has changed is their new administration ?

    I would like to understand why my daughters bus is habitually late for pick up in the morning as well as stopping and waiting for other patrons pass the the 5 minutes waiting period policy. Yes I know because My daughter has a GPS tracking device so I know everything.
    With that said this is putting my daughter habitually late to her destination which is causing her to be tardy 3-4 days out of 5 days. This is becoming unacceptable and looks bad on my daughters report card!!!!

    Also do you understand how miserable it is to have to wait Outside for a bus that you have no clue what time will be arriving. Situation, today Friday Oct 12th pick up time 7:15 am be ready at 6:45 am. It’s now 7:49 am so have been outside waiting for 1 hour. I find this unacceptable and inconsiderate being that an Autistic child gets very impatient.

    Lastly I would like to understand why Hart wouldn’t want to improve their customer service and efficiency by using up to date technology. For instance I know when m amazon package is arriving to my door and it’s number of stops till it will be at my door so therefore why can’t Hartplus send out messages when the bus is arriving and close to the pick. This would help a lot of patron and improve the service.
