    The intersection of Monterey Blvd and Bennet Place is dangerous. I am proposing a pedestrian crossing to gain safe access to Avenue Terrace Playground to and from Monterey Blvd. This section of Monterey blvd has a blind curve that cars drive way too fast through, and even veer into on coming traffic. Possible solutions:
    4 way traffic stop with pedestrian crossing
    traffic circle with pedestrian crossing
    speed bumps with a mid street pedestrian crossing
