    call about a car in front of 267 Walnut st. asking if it was abandoned with rt flat tire and hasn't move in a month. And the enforcement person said he lived there and all checks out! Well he didn't look very closely his inspection sticker expired in June not we are ending July and the car is just taking up a parking space! and doesn't move with a flat. The ordinance says the vehicle must be moved within 24 hr. Can you please follow up on this person? Thanks in advanced.To us, it's abandoned!! and they have now intention on moving it and fixing it.
