Roads are covered in construction sand, dirt, mud, and debris.

Large Sinkhole that is actively growing due to water erosion towards the chimney

Improperly maintained roll off areas. Lack of erosion control devices in use around storm water drains. Roads are filthy.

Sinkhole/Chimney on the SE corner of the NW 143rd St and NW 32nd Avenue intersection. There is a barricade over the chimney.

The surface of the Western most tennis courts are being scrapped off and dumped in the wood instead of being properly disposed of. This material contains adhesives and paints. I could only post one picture but there is mounds of the material in a footpath between some trees on the South end of the courts as well.

Developer/General Contractor installed gravel roll of area since last violation but it's not being maintained. Sediment is still in the roadway but now large gravel as well. This sediment is heading straight in to storm management system and is being carried down Newberry Road to the West of the site. Storm drain barriers are present but some are out if place.

Curb is cracked in multiple places and parts are out of place causing hazards.

There are multiple sections of sidewalk in this area that are cracked/uneven that are in need of repair,

Developer/General Contractor has little to no erosion control plan in place for preventing sediment from the construction site from getting on to the surrounding roads, especially Newberry Road. This sediment is heading straight in to storm management system and is being carried down Newberry Road to the West of the site
