    Here we go again 7+ years empty house on the 10 year reno plan. Unkept and eyesore. The song and dance of report to ClickFix then courtesy notice more time then lawn gets cut maybe 4x year when forced to. It’s a shame the neighbors and city have to babysit for code compliance every year.

    Check your homeowners insurance! Just received yearly renewal and new line item,
    we were charged additional $560 water peril premium due to all the claims in the area. In 6 years we’ve never had any water, so our agent will check other providers, but with all the problems we see here, I wonder what the City of Ferndale has planned to address so much flooding in the area. The insurance companies see this as a big issue! Pricey one too!

    Grass and weeds. Bldg permits unfinished. This house has been empty for years. After multiple reports to seeclickfix, contractors started working 3 years ago. Never consistent. Come & go, leave stuff all over. We haven’t seen anyone working this year. It is frustrating and an eyesore front and back.
