Seen a dark blue or black SUV in the parking lot of Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot for the last week a woman living in the car maybe with a baby and a guy coming back and forth to bring stuff. The windows are tinted in back. Sick of the homeless people populating this area.clean downtown Shelton. Saw a homeless person living near the bridge area down by the veterans memorial park walkway. When is this problem going to get fixed.
