    Water is not draining out of the ditch on Sabine under the street at Crockett and is overflowing into the intersection. There is an apparent blockage, because there does not seem to be any drainage issues on the other side.

    A crew came out to cut down a tree marked for removal by urban forestry. They pushed the entire tree, cut into large chunks, into the ditch. This needs to be removed before the next rain.
