Staten Island Ferry Complaints AcknowledgedSt George Mid Island, NY 10301, USA - New BrightonExited the ferry at 7:50. No S40 or S90 at the terminal for at least 17 minutes. All other busses arrived and left.

MTA Bus Complaint ArchivedSt George Ferry/S40 St. George, NY 10301, USA - New BrightonThe 40 and 90 were the only buses not to arrive on time 5:45 pm. All other buses in this part of the terminal arrived timely and departed while customers who were waiting for the 40 and 90 did not have access to service until the arrival of the next ferry. This is an issue that is all too common with these buses. Please assist.

MTA Bus Complaint ArchivedSt George Ferry/S40 & S90 St. George, NY 10301, USA - New BrightonDuring rush hour the s90 and s40 busses seem to be delayed very often. I've included pictures from October 18th, taken at approximately 5:47 pm. People were at the bus stop since 5:30 but neither bus arrived until 6 pm. I submitted three complaints for three separate incidents but have not received a response from the MTA as of yet.
