Hi,

On my way home from work, I notice that Glen Echo Creek, right where it empties into the north part of Lake Merritt, smells like an unflushed toilet. There is a homeless encampment right there, so I suspect that the people in that encampment are responsible. Not only does it smell awful, but I imagine that this violates various water regulations, and is also detrimental to the wildlife (e.g. birds) that peruse that part of the creek.
