I came home and saw my fire hydrant ripped out from the ground because someone ran into it and my fence. I called the police department (832-394-3800) and spoke with Officer Villera. She gave me the accident report number: 1379259-18D and the unit number: 6B21D and said I needed to contact 311 to avoid increased water bill and complications. I've been hold with 311 for 16 minutes and heard about the app on the voicemail, hoping this would be faster.
