    My rides home are keeping me on the van for 2 and 3 hours, and they are getting my back to my ALF too late to have dinner and medication. I was advised to set my trip as an appointment, which I did, and it still is getting me there past the appointment time and past my dinner and medication time. This is unacceptable.
