We are #2 and #4 Saddlewood Court. We have large trucks parking behind our houses on Marin Blvd at 1st street about six days a week and sitting idling for hours. The trucks run their engines non stop and its very loud and shakes the houses. It's also a health hazard breathing in the fumes from their engines. We will not tolerate this any longer. The city needs to block this entire strip of parking so trucks cannot park here anymore. I have vídeos which illustrate the level of noise and disturbance we are talking about, and the license plate of the trucks. It's food service trucks idling waiting to deliver to O'Haras... This morning (Saturday) since 8:30am. Monday to Friday its construction supply trucks parking there from six am waiting for the construction site at 351 Marin Blvd. to open so they can deliver construction supplies. We have put up with the food trucks parking there for years, but now we are finished it's totally out of control now. We have construction all week and will not tolerate semis parking and idling all week and weekend too. You need to block this spot off ASAP, no more parking there. Do not close this ticket without a response stating the action that will be taken to resolve this. Thanks

Our homes directly abut this construction site and the noise from 7am is totally out of control. There is a very loud buzzing/humming that vibrates the houses all day long, which is far worse than the hammering from the workers. This is a completely non-essential construction site. Why is work still going gangbusters here? It's not safe for the workers right now, and it's not safe for those of us who live less than 100 feet from this site and have to deal with intense noise five days a week as well as an unsafe number of workers in close proximity.

O'Haras is a total nightmare. The constant drunken street brawls outside of this establishment and the trashy crowds of patrons who not only scream all night, they leave tons of trash, bottles and cans behind them on the sidewalk every night. Not to mention all the idiots out front idling on motorcycles revving their engines loudly at 3am thinking they are being cute and nobody says a word.

Last night at 2am there was yet another huge drunken street brawl in the middle of Marin Blvd and I watched as two guys punched each other until one knocked the other one out flat in the middle of Marin Blvd. Then the women started going at it on first street until the JCPD finally chased them down too... As soon as the JCPD left the women were back along with their male companions and screaming and trying to kill each other until 3am... They were so drunk that they could barely stand, and then got in their cars and drove off. That's the norm. The crowds openly fight in the middle of the street blocking traffic and nobody does a damned thing... The police need to stay on top of this place as it is a well known hot-spot for drunken brawls and last year even a murder. Yet it took the JCPD 20 minutes to show up AGAIN.

The liquor license of this place needs to be revoked until they get their trashy weekend crowds under control. They are a serious nuisance and a threat to public safety now. The local residents have a right to the enjoyment of their own homes and not to be terrorized by this constant stream of trashy drunken patrons from O'Haras. I assure you that everyone living on Saddlewood and Laurel Court, and in the Art House building are totally fed up with O'Haras and wish it would just shut down.
