    Can we leaves treated the same as snow? Do residents have the same responsibility to clear leaves from sidewalks as they do snow? Leaves can be very slippery and dangerous, even when not wet. In this case it makes finding the edge of the sidewalk incredibly difficult to know when to stop as a blind person.

    If businesses are going to have patrons waiting outside on public sidewalks, they need to have other areas for them to wait. There is clearly congestion here, and people have difficulty walking by. One solution could be to require businesses to purchase parking spaces for their patrons to occupy while waiting. This is especially poignant on businesses who are on roads, which are still allowing vehicle traffic.
