    This is the third time I'm reporting it and it just keeps growing.

    Scattered broken glass in bike lane on North side of Gilman beginning east of 8th St. and as far as 6th St. (lots at 7th).
    Also, garbage strewn between the railroad tracks and 2nd St on the south side of Gilman (also smell of rotten eggs here; gas leak?) and between 2nd and Eastshore Hwy on the north side.
    Tent encampment and lots of garbage dumped behind building on Eastshore south of Target.
