The owner of this property has a short-term rental unit in their garage They TELL their renters to park ON THE SIDEWALK, as shown in the photos I've asked renters "Why do you park on the sidewalk?@ They tell me, "The landlord said okay to park there, that it's "their" parking space " ILLEGAL !
I have to creep around illegally parked vehicles, often forced to walk in the street when it's a large vehicle Difficult & dangerous !

Streetlight at 1601 Third St S is bent over; looks like the large glass globe is about to fall off and smash on the pavement Maybe you can fix before it falls??

"Thrill Hill" bridge: the sidewalk on the west side is completely overgrown, with small trees growing out of the cracks; very bad for the concrete!! The entire sidewalk needs to be cleaned up !!

There is a wide and deep GAP in this busy BIKE PATH sidewalk (east side of 1st Street N, a couple hundred feet south of intersection with 30th Ave NE) that has in the past caught my wife's bicycle front wheel and thrown her from her bike. This is a removable slab (left side in photo) that has been creeping away from the fixed concrete (right side in photo). The slab is over a storm drain, for cleanout. I've reported this TWICE in the past year or so, and it's never been properly (permanently) fixed. Someone is going to get seriously hurt here!

Is the sidewalk made of concrete or hex blocks?
    Concrete

AGAIN!!! There is a 2 or 3" wide gap in the sidewalk (east side of 1st Street NE, *directly* across the street from the front door of 2924 1st Street N), where the storm drain concrete cover is not properly snugged up against the concrete sidewalk. This sidewalk is *heavily* used by cyclists and I saw a woman on a white mountain bike almost crash when her rear tire fell into this needless gap. I reported this issue about three months ago and it was repaired. It seems that, since then, the concrete cover was removed to clean out the catch basin and the cover was IMPROPERLY reinstalled. Someone is going to get seriously injured because of this "wheel trap". Needs to be repaired ASAP!

A better photo of the gap itself.

***On 1st AVE NE*** The concrete slab at this storm drain is slightly too far toward the street, which leaves a dangerous gap in the sidewalk, parallel to the street, wide enough for a bicycle wheel to fall into / get caught. This has happened to me, while cycling (in Naples) and I was injured from the instantaneous and violent fall (thrown from my bike). Solution: clean / clear the gap of leaves and debris; slide the concrete slab / cover toward the lawn, to CLOSE THE GAP! Thanks.

In the alley behind 117 6th Ave NE, utility pole #116, also marked "B120496": The street lamp comes on dimly, slowly comes to full brightness over a minute of so, then once at full brightness, it turns off. It does this all night long, making it difficult to sleep. (It shines into my bedroom.) Please repair or replace! Thanks...

I'd previously reported that the lights turn off at 8:15PM. I was given the response through this system that the lights had been adjusted for the daylight savings time change but this is NOT the case. The lights still turn off at 8:15 PM as of last night (Nov 8th). I was also told the "be patient" as the city has to adjust 175 time clocks each time there is a time change. Just want to let you know that the Crescent Lake tennis court lights have NOT been updated.

The lights at the tennis / pickleball courts located at the southern end of Crescent Lake no longer stay on until 10pm. I think they need to be reset to adjust to last weekend’s time change.
