    A new inhabitant walks their dog to my house to evaluate it's bowels next to my front stairs. This is an ongoing practice. Same excrement, same exact place.
    I wasn't sure what catagory to choose:
    public nuisance, illegal dumping, vandalism all seem to fit.
    I have pictures but I think you can use your imagination.
    I can't get the section 8 landlord involved in his pick of tenants because his identity is hidden in the records.

    A man in a silver Dodge Charger parks on the corner of 121st and Davidson Place, and throws his garbage out of his car daily. Today, he broke his whisky bottle on the sidewalk.

    Customers on their way to the Barbershop on the corner of 121st Street are Indpls Blvd purposely leave their garage outside of their cars. I have been cleaning this up myself for over a year and asking the owners of the Barbershop to address this issue. A few months ago, a person was carrying a huge mirror to the Barbershop and dropped it on the sidewalk at Davidson and 121ST. They just stepped over it and walked on to the Barbershop like nothing happened. As usual, we cleaned it up so no one would be injured. This habit of cleaning out their cars and throwing the garbage on the street or in nearby yards is a daily routine and worse on weekends.

    Cars are frequently blocking my driveway while they go to the Barbershop on the corner of 121st and Indianapolis Blvd.
    They throw trash on 121st Street and Davidson Place as they walk there. I have tried to talk to the owners of the shop about their customers. They have not been cooperative at all.
