Trash piling up on Crawford on the block between Anita and Rosalie (non park side)

A man followed me (with my child and two dogs) from Baldwin park to Anita and Austin , wherewe stopped and waited for my husband to meetuse and walk the rest of theway home with us. This is the same man who has stood and watched myself and other moms with our kids at Baldwin park. Please increase patrolling this area if possible .

Rig blocking both lanes of traffic as well as my driveway. Had to tell the man directing people to back up that I lived here and only then did he move a cone from the construction that he repurposed to block the road so I could drive through a pothole to enter my driveway.
