    patch blocks the crosswalk, making it uneven for walkers and creates a sharp bump for cyclists or wheelchair users entering or leaving the park from East Summit.
    There is a similar bad patch from the recent utility work that crosses fourth just north of east summit, about 50 feet away.

    This relates to recent construction. Just not properly paved over to match the height of the street so there are big bumps.

    So sad that a brand new street got cut into and is now getting water into the roadbed and breaking up.

    Some of the eastbound potholes are pretty deep. Dangerous for bikes and might even hurt a car tire!
