    see link below for details. Next to the south end firestation is a power substation. A walking trail and planting strip is at this location (see photos). Numerous cars and trucks are parking in this area turning it into MUDDY RUTS and blocked trail.     large broken tree branch dangling and will SOON fall into road or onto pedestrians. this is likely a city owned right of way tree. On 70th place, in the fogline exactly opposite the radar activated speed display sign. Needs to be removed before someone is injured when it finally falls.
