    The Highway Dept installed this brand new Berm back in Dec 2018.... it has already cracked and is honestly making the entire street water drainage system much worse than before it was installed. I think that there should be a "berm" or raised hump all the way across the driveway .... in front of the mailbox 722 to the mailbox 718.
