There is a serious underground leak of some sort at the end of the driveway at this address adjacent to an area where the city Sanitation department recently dug up the street that requires immediate attention The soil is collapsing behind the curb and a deep hole is starting to form Lots of sand on the ground around this area is plainly visible and growing in amount steadily

Significant drop in reclaimed water pressure to all zones in residential sprinkler system here since last week. All zones thoroughly checked for leaks on residential side - none found. Suspect feeder line issue(s).

Need to reopen issue with storm drain at corner of Snell Isle Boulevard and Cordova. Drain opening remains a hazard to vehicles and pedestrians and further damage shows storm drain cover collapsing - see photo.
