Potholes on flower at alvernon Many potholes leading to apartment

There was an accident on River Road just west of Hansen Ave. The driver ran into the wall that is in the right of way between the sidewalk and the frontage road. PCSD 220418345.

Please submit a SCF for repair of the wall. I attached two pictures of the wall.

Repair shoulder on Tomas

Storm clean up needed for TEP for barricade removal if a sweeper can go out in the morning to sweep the area for Speedway @ Painted Hills. Area is from previous telephone poles that fell down earlier in the week. TEP had to reset the poles and the area is barricaded, however, they are requesting a sweeper. Thank you. " 1) Vegetation trimming throughout the subdivision but requestor specifically mentioned Prospect Lane and Wolford Road. He said trees are hanging down over the street and people can’t walk." Thank you. (Subdivisions are: Rancho Sierra, Skyline Estates, & Catalina Del Sol).

The pothole is in the area of Silverbell between Desert Zinnia and Mallow Lan PVement at the edge patching . The roadway is with the the Marana limits but there is an IGA for us to maintain it. Please issue the SR for this one. THank you

Please put in an SR for a field review on Marsh Station road. The approximate location is circled on the attached maps.

Please state in the request the Constituent was driving east bound and hit a hump on Marsh Station Road which caused her car to bottom out. Please review the area.

Frank called to let DOT know that he went to check the pothole and that it was repaired, but it was not done very well and it’s still 2-3” too low. He feels it would still damage someone’s tire and he requested someone go fix it properly.
Below is a picture before the repair. It has been patched but it is still too low."
