To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Zebede Drake Jr., the resident of 1012 Bugle Call Drive, Fayetteville 28314. Over two weeks ago, I submitted a work order for a trash can lid repair or garbage can replacement thru Fayetteville Fix It. This was the result of the trash can lid came off during trash pick-up and went into the trash truck on 24 April 2020. The work order fell through the crack of the Fayetteville Fix It Database and was not completed. Therefore, I called in the same work order and was told on 8 May the work was closed out due to no garbage can on the road to repair at my residence. This is a lie. The trash can was put on the road the Thursday night prior to the 8 May, where my trash was picked up on the 8 May and it remains to this day for repair. Therefore, I am requesting an immediate repair or replacement of trash can as soon as possible. I have waited over two weeks for this work order to be completed.
