    Water appears to be leaking from the water meter hole on private property. Water is running into street and icing over.

    In the alley behind 602 E. Logan is a water leak. It was repaired once in the past month and is leaking again. The new leak was reported to the utilities department a week ago but nothing has been done. There is a lot of water coming up from the ground. The water at my house has had a slight yellow tinge lately. Please fix soon.
