    Hello - Tonight at 7:50pm for new year's eve- my wife and kids were crossing webster at the corner with ravine- and a car touched them- I was closing the door of my house and yelled... I thought this was the end of my life... I had a chance to note the license plate of the car and will report it to the police - if you really want to consider your JC residents and avoid having people being hurt or even killed - do something on webster avenue between boeram and ravine - cars are driving too fast and they are supposed to drive at 25mph - 1) add a speed hump and 2) do webster only one way from reservoir to ravine, please please please!
