Alot of hammering n sawing going on til around 5a n 6a. They sleep all day then up around 3p to 4p n work all night long. Just got woke up from the noises. Walked to my porch n took pic. Every light on n Cliff is once again working. City needs to step in give them the house to work during the day time. Cutting nn Puttin in windows where ever they want. I have before n after pics of them just cutting holes in the house n putting in windows. Do you need permits to cut in the house n install Windows. Isn't it making the house unstable in those areas. Pipes installed on house towards the alley that puts out alot of smoke n another pipe draining on the ground. House has so many unfinished areas looking horrible n now starting to build railing on front porch steps instead of finishing up all the other stuff they started. Becoming a nuisance house n looking horrible all around it. Still has a opening by side walk not finished yet. Do you need permits to cut any where you want on your house n install Windows. Please help city. They need to be shut down
