    so how can it be a surprise that some miscreant stuck his unfinished ice cream cone on the fence... that being said... who raises their children to think that this sort of action is acceptable? birds of a feather flock together, and so do pigs and swine... sad, sad, sad!...

    I am new to the neighborhood, but, how can this “house” be allowed to be in this condition? The windows are boarded up with flimsy old doors, the basement doorway is buried under a ton of rocks, dirt and rubble. The front yard is strewn with pieces of plumbing pipes. The staircase and porch are set to colapse. Spontaneous combustion appears eminent. The owner needs to rectify this matter asap. All the homes are connected on this street, so a fire would take out a half dozen or more homes of hard working citzens of Jersey City, including the one I just purchased, for a pretty penny. The city needs to take charge of this situation before there is a trajedy. Thank You for your help in this matter. Charles Watts
