The issue is at the Skyline Drive and Finger Rock Wash project bridge. This project was just completed on Skyline Drive. The new asphalt already has holes in it. Can someone please look at the asphalt before the problem gets worse?

A wash crosses Potatoc Road just South of Skyline Road. The wash has left a large amount of sand in the road. Cars have to slow down to safely cross here due to the sand. Please have the sand removed before there is a rear-end accident do to slowing.

Two potholes in the intersection of Swan / Sunrise. Turning East on Sunrise from Southbound Swan, they are in the middle of the intersection. These same two potholes have been patched THREE TIMES, most recently within the past month. Holes keep opening up. Why can't these be patched permanently?

In the intersection of Swan and Sunrise, a large pothole has reopened. Was recently patched and the patch has failed. Another large pothole Eastbound Sunrise at the entrance of Rural Metro Fire Station. The left lane, Sunrise, Eastbound from Swan past Bisbee Breakfast Club has multiple potholes that have reopened.

In the intersection of Swan / Sunrise, going Eastbound on Sunrise, there are multiple HUGE potholes. These are large enough to ruin rims and tires on vehicles. Another huge pothole, Sunrise Eastbound, in front of the entrance to the Safeway center, righthand lane of Sunrise.

Stop sign at Skyline Drive and Swan Road is down and hit by vehicle. Sign and post laying in front of the 7-11 Store. Car parts laying on the ground.

LARGE pothole right in the middle of the entire intersection. Hard to avoid pothole when turning East bound from South bound Swan.

East bound lanes of Sunrise, left lane, East of Swan has multiple potholes. Have been patched many times. All are opened up again.

Northbound Swan at the intersection of Westbound Skyline, large drop off onto Skyline, deep cracks, very rough road. Damage being done to vehicles as a result. PLEASE have this intersection repaved and fixed.

Large potholes in the intersection of Pontatoc and Skyline, especially bad in the West bound lane. Intersection has been repaired in years past, but is terrible with potholes at this time. Dangerous to slow down to get through there, as the risk of being rear-ended is bad.

Two LARGE potholes in the middle of the intersection of Swan and Sunrise. Very dangerous hole which could damage a vehicle if hit. This needs to be filled immediately.

Large potholes in the intersection of North Swan and East Sunrise, right in the intersection and as Swan turns Eastbound onto Sunrise. Potholes are getting larger daily.

East bound lanes on Sunrise, East of Swan. Same holes previously patched, are now reopened and getting bigger. There is at least 10 holes in both the East bound lanes. Cars are swerving to avoid the holes and the potential for an accident is right there. Potholes are in the area of Safeway and Bisbee Breakfast Club. Every rain causes these holes to get larger.

Southbound lane of North Swan Road at East Camino Pimeria Alta. Third request to repair this. The potholes are getting worse with each rain. Very dangerous for vehicles due to damage from the potholes and previous patching coming loose. I have to slow down while driving through this and the potential for a rear-end collision is very high. Repairs needed ASAP.

South bound lane of N. Swan Rd across from Camino Pimeria Alta, the old patching on the road is coming loose and a pothole is forming. This area is very rough and needs to be repaired ASAP. Large volume of cars / traffic go through here every day.

Sunrise Drive East of Kolb Road. Approximately one mile East of Kolb, there is a bridge with guard railing. Sunrise Drive has a huge patching that is very rough and coming apart making a pothole. The issue in the road is where the guard railing starts on the right side. I have to slow way down in order to not hit this problem with my car, and then take a risk of being rear-ended as people tend to not slow down. PLEASE repair this.

Three potholes in the East bound lane of Sunrise Drive, in the 4800 block of East Sunrise Drive. This was previously reported three times and never filled.

Pothole has opened in the 5700 block of North Swan Road, North bound lane. Pothole is almost directly in line with the Wells Fargo Bank at 5740 N. Swan, in the North bound lane.
