The SB trigger for light change seems to be incorrectly activating the EB/WB turn signals instead. The light will be Green for EB and WB traffic, pulling up on Mona Lisa facing SB to go through the light will have a noticeably longer wait than it has been previously and will cycle through EB/WB turn signals then straight back to EB/WB through traffic with no light at all for NB/SB through traffic. I have been able to duplicate this the last 4 nights consistently between 12 and 3 am with no other vehicles at the light, and through multiple cycles at the light. It will not provide a light to allow SB through traffic. I have not checked if the NB trigger on the opposite side of the intersection works correctly.

Multiple sections missing in the top layer of roadway down the section of Roller Coaster/Sunset angled NW/SE in the NW bound lane. Road surface is damaged and missing enough to act like a total pothole for vehicles driving over them. This section of roadway was not touched at all when the rest of Sunset just south of it was replaced a couple years ago.

The street light on the NE corner of Mona Lisa and Orange Grove is not lighting at night, other nearby street lights are working fine. This was recently fixed just a couple weeks ago but it is not lighting tonight again.

Traffic headed NB on La Canada going to Albertsons will use the SB left turn lane to enter the Albertsons parking lot despite the entrance being angled away from them. This has been a concern for years and was brought up when the parking lot was originally designed and granted a variance due to a lack of median and proximity to the light. I have seen dozens of near accident misses due to this poor design because the parking lot entrance is in the middle of the left turn lane markings. There is a lack of adequate signage and police enforcement since a median was not installed in this section of the road but was installed just north of this section.

The roadway has narrowed significantly over the years and is less than two cars wide in several sections along N Pomona Ave from Roller Coaster through to Sunset. Some sections the shoulder has grown into the road and others the roadway and pavement have eroded away along the edges.
