Pothole Archived379-399 Ravenswood Ave Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA - Menlo Park
There is a stealthy deep dip in the pavement approximately here. It is at the inner edge of the bike lane. Some sort of plumbing fitting is recessed and the asphalt drops into it. It is nearly invisible until it is too late to avoid (if one doesn't already know) and dropping in to it is violent enough that sooner or later it will cause a crash and already is scary. This is a main route for MAHS with lots of cyclists.
Immediate fix: Please mark in some way. Preferably without hindering the flow in the lane. Paint would do.
Longer term, this should be corrected. Even though the surface of the asphalt is continuous, it is effectively a hole in the road.

Pothole Acknowledged2339-2573 Sand Hill Rd Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA - Menlo Park
All along eastbound Sandhill between the Rosewood and Santa Cruz there are construction holes. Sure, there is some sort of ongoing project. But many of these (not the photo) are unmarked and dangerous. A combination of TERRIBLE asphalt patches that could cause a crash and temporary steel plates. Again some marked like in the photo but most not. But given the downhill run, cyclists are traveling fast enough to have little time to react. Avoiding many of these (like the photo) requires moving out into traffic. Without sufficient warning this is dangerous.
1) Immediate need: Better markings on the construction damage
2) If the unmarked asphalt patches are meant to be permanent, they are NOT adequate. If they are temporary, they need marking. If temp, orange paint would help if the cones require too much maintenance.More images https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lV-goP46aGq3C1xPYw4QNB5Z5pgF-eXr?usp=sharing

Pothole Archived222-260 Oconnor St Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA - Menlo ParkThere have been numerous shallow potholes on O'Connor for years. Can we get this section repaired. They are brutal for cyclists and 'hidden' in shadows most of the day. (note this picture is from Google and taken before last winter's additional damage)

Pothole Archived144 Willow Rd Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA - Menlo Park
When starting on Willow Rd Eastbound from Middlefield, there are a series of large holes due to a project. They are (mostly) covered with steel plates.
Problem: The first warning sign has been located AFTER the first one. This is extremely dangerous (will cause an accident) to cyclists since that plate is in the bike lane in a shaded area.
Solution: Minimum, move the existing orange sign westward so it is before the first plate.

Traffic Enforcement Archived474 Oconnor St Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA - Menlo Park
We are back to having a parking lot on the 400 block of O'Connor nearly every night and yet we see no tickets or warnings issued.
This morning alone there were 5 frosted over cars in front of my house.
Please have MPPD enforce the existing overnight parking restrictions on this block. It is neither holiday season nor have we had flooded garages to accommodate for two months now.

Pothole Archived340-346 Middlefield Rd Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA - Menlo ParkMiddlefield water construction seems to be wrapping up but the road condition of the patches is a safety hazard for bicycles (and uncomfortable for cars) Is there a plan to resurface or correct the patches?

OVERNIGHT PARKING ENFORCEMENT NEEDED
Again, this morning, 10 cars parked overnight on O'Connor from Euclid past Byers. Thanks to a wet morning, it is obvious that ALL spent the night on the street. None were observed with permits.
This needs to be corrected. We are not seeing proper enforcement of Menlo Park code here.

Large horizontal branch has either been damaged or is rotting. Danger to passing traffic from overhead limb if it is not safe. Please inspect and act as needed.
Appears to be on public property on the creek side of Woodland. Aligned with the 'right' edge of Euclid as coming up on Woodland.
