    Hello there, on 6 December I reported this same problem and my case was closed without resolution. My name is Marizsa Rahbari, I own the home to the right of MCGOWIN WILLIAM. My address is 19472 SE 266th street, Covington WA 98042. MCGOWIN WILLIAM has been stockading trash outside of his home for approximately 6 months, he does not have trash service and the rats have now made it into my home. Last year rats from his shed infested the engine bay of my car and now they have made it into my house. Assist please!
