The valve box that houses the valve is broken in pieces and held together with barricade tape and supported with wood. It is a safety hazard as it is unstable. It is not directly in the roadway however. Please replace the broken valve box.

City recently repaired a leaky valve across Coppage Street without shutting down the water. For over an hour water shot 30 feet in the air and landed on the banks of my ditch, washing away the vegetation and putting dirt in the bottom. Now it doesn't drain properly.
